Bear Grizzly 852's
A great all round truck, whether your commuting, cruising, or going fast down hills. The 2010 Grizzly's are a completely gutted,
redesigned version of the already great Bear Grizzly's. All the goods of the 2009's are still here, including the sweet-spot 181mm axle width,
flipable hanger for cruising and bombing options, and a baseplate shape/hole pattern to mount to just about any board out there today
including drop-through's.
The new stronger and lighter 2010 design has been fine tuned to fit any standard 24mm diameter bushing on top or bottom.
The baseplate and hanger turn at 52 degrees whatever setup, but the positive (standard) and negative (flipped)
leverage axle placement helps you change your setup from general carving to a stable hill bombing machine in seconds.
The new geometry and bushing seats will give you the best combination of lean, rebound, and response possible.
The axles are heat treated, so the chance of you bending an axle is greatly reduced.
Basically....you'll never want to ride another set of longboard trucks after you try these.

Specialized Casting Formula - Completely new metal formula, the most reliable aluminum alloy on the market. The alloy has been specifically mixed for our trucks and not pulled from some generic melted down block. Each batch is pre tested and approved at our factory before shipping out.
Post Production Hanger Alignment - All casted hangers on the market are slightly bent even before riding. This is because of the natural tendency for the hanger and axle metal to arc upon cooling. We have designed a propriety machine for the 2011 model that straightens the hanger's before assembly. No other company does it, no other company has a hanger this straight.
Widened rear baseplate legs - Added thickness to eliminate any possible baseplate warping and to help withstand any heavy impact.
Effective bushing Seat - Fully-wrapped leaning system with bushing base lock-in. This allows you to get extra lean and no turning restrictions. It is compatible with most bushings out there.
Standardized Pivot Cup - Our pivot cup is compatible with some other brands out there, to give a bit more versatility. Precise Pivot Cup / Pin Interface - Pivot Pin is designed and ground to specific standards to have specific sitting height and turning friction. This creates a consistent and predictable turn and allows a smooth heel to toe turning transition.
Bear trucks started in 2004 because of a need for stronger Trucks. Downhill skateboarding was growing and so were the size of the wheels being used and the forces riders were putting on their trucks. Bear made several CNC machined precision downhill prototype trucks to meet these demands. After several prototypes and tones of testing by the Worlds top riders the Bear Smokie downhill truck was released. The Smokie dominated the downhill circuit winning countless races and several World Championships. Bear decided to introduce a cast truck for Freeriding with the same goal. The Grizzly was born as a 10mm cast aluminum reverse kingpin truck and was an instant success. With the demands of downhill skateboards constantly changing the Grizzly has evolved over the years into a top allround truck. Bear is dedicated to creating durable and innovative trucks.
